I have chronic neck and shoulder pain as a result of an injury years ago. There are days I need a good therapeutic deep tissue massage to relieve pain, and there are days I just want to destress and have a calming relaxation massage. Jen is great at delivering both! She also does cupping which helps break up the muscles knots I have in my body and reduce my pain level. The atmosphere in Jen’s makes you feel comfortable right away, thus enabling you to enjoy your massage. She knows just the right amount of pressure that you need.
